We administer the services on behalf of the Resident's Management Company. In doing so we maintain full contact with your representatives and encourage you to keep us advised of anything causing concern or perhaps ideas you may have for improvements.

As a special service by arrangement, SWA Chartered Surveyors can provide a dedicated Site Manager whose sole task is overseeing all works on the estate. He visits the site regularly to make sure maintenance is carried out properly. Additionally he keeps an eye open for damage or defects to the property, abandoned motor vehicles and during the course of his visit will graphite door locks and adjust door closers as necessary. When major works are taking place he makes frequent spot checks and ensures that the work is provided to the proper standards.
